These requirements are typically achieved using 100% polyester fabrics, which are engineered to maintain fluorescent brightness and performance over time. Because this garment is made from 100% cotton, it cannot reliably retain fluorescent properties to meet Class 3 criteria. As a result, it is appropriately classified as a Class 2 garment based on its material composition.
