All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any damage, loss, or issues with new and unused non-customized items must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or loss will be required to process the request.
Approved returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
All customized and made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes items customized with logos, names, artwork, colors, sizing selections, or any other customer-selected options.
Because customized products are produced specifically to your approved specifications, we are unable to accept returns due to fit, sizing preference, color expectations, or general dissatisfaction once production has begun.
Zip’s Outfitters stands behind the quality of its made-to-order products and uses high-quality materials and professional equipment. If a customized item arrives with a material defect, please contact us by calling (641) 328-8558 within 10 days of delivery. Parcel tracking will be used to determine the effective start date.
Items confirmed to be defective will be exchanged for the same product and design only. Refunds are not available for customized products.
We may request photos of the defect prior to approving an exchange. Items showing noticeable wear are not eligible for exchange.

Zip’s Outfitters will provide a UPS return label for all qualified and approved defective item exchanges. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
Orders shipped to international addresses do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
THE FACTORY WARRANTY CONSTITUTES ALL OF THE WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SALE OF ALL ITEMS. ANY WARRANTY, IF IT EXISTS, IS BETWEEN THE MANUFACTURER AND THE PURCHASER.
